Queen Anne's County High School Families:
The expectation is that students log in to all scheduled classes on a weekday basis, synchronous as well as asynchronous. If an issue arises (i.e. computer issue, wifi issue, etc.) please be sure to notify your teacher or the main office via phone.
If a student is ill, please follow the regular attendance protocol and call the main office:

Or email Ms. Jennifer Holdgreve at:
When checking student grades, please remember to use PowerSchool instead of Schoology, for accurate and up to date grade information.
Parents and Students:
Students must update their laptops prior to the start of second semester by signing into their account using one of the QACPS wifi locations listed below:
Without completing this update before the start of the second semester, some programs will not work. All that's required is to park in one of the parking lots listed above and power on the laptop from being off. Then students should join the "MAC" or "QACPS-STUDENT" wifi and log into the laptop. Once the applications menu box appears, students can shut down. This will update the computer and renew licenses, ensuring no interruption to virtual learning.
Pandemic- Electronic Benefit Transfer providing food benefits (5/27/20 update)
QAC Meal Service Update (9/30/20 update)

Make-up Picture Day!!
QACHS and Lifetouch have scheduled a make-up picture day for Wednesday, February 24th. Any 9th, 10th, or 11th grade student who was unable to have their photo taken during the fall picture day dates and wish to have their pictures taken should mark their calendars for Wednesday, February 24th. Please note, as advertised in the fall, any pictures taken during the make-up session will not appear in the 2021 yearbook, but students will receive a student ID. A detailed email was sent out February 12th with information on how to make an appointment for a photo session. Another email was sent out February 17th reminding guardians to sign up for an appointment.
Appointments must be made online by Sunday, February 21, 2021.
Walk-up appointments will not be permitted.
LAPTOP CHARGERS ARE IN HIGH DEMAND:
If your student has lost his/her laptop charger, replacement chargers can be purchased through outside vendors. (It is important that the replacement be compatible with the laptop.)
