The QACHS Physical Education & Health programs include the ninth grade split Physical Education & Health required courses, as well as the Team Sports and Weight Training elective courses.The Health curriculum focuses on the development of lifestyle practices that will enhance lifetime wellness.
All Physical Education courses provide students an opportunity to improve on personal fitness, sport related skills, and to learn the benefits and enjoyment derived from lifetime participation in sports and fitness programs. The Weight Training courses also focuses on cardiovascular and strength training improvements
Our staff strongly believes that daily participation in physical activities is essential to a lasting healthy lifestyle.
