EASTON, MD—The 2024 All-Shore Band concert was a resounding success!
Pictured are middle and high school QACPS All-Shore Band participants. The conductors of the two groups were: Mr. Andrew Spang, Junior All-Shore Band and Dr. Lortz, Senior All-Shore Band. Dr. Lortz composed an original piece of music for this year titled “Daredevil,” and it premiered at the All-Shore Band Concert.
The concert was held at Easton High School.
Mrs. Fullerton was also elected Eastern Shore Band Director’s Association (ESBDA) President. This will be her fifth two-year term in the role, and her ninth and tenth year leading this fine group of Instrumental Music teachers on the Eastern Shore. Dr. Lortz, Senior All-Shore conductor and esteemed composer, has been collaborating with Heather Fullerton on a very special project to be unveiled at the spring Centreville Middle School (CMS) Band Concert on June 4th.
