I love being a teacher! One of the reasons I chose education is because you are able to see the impact you are making with students, which has an impact on the world around us. I get to watch my students grow each day, and often I am learning from them too!

My husband and I are expecting our first child this spring! We have one dog, a Chesapeake Bay Retriever, named Roscoe. My favorite book is To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee, my favorite color is yellow, and my favorite food is sushi.
