Education is a second career after ignoring my calling to teach in college. The best job I have is being a mother. Once I had my children, I knew I had to follow my instincts and heart and teach other children. I truly love seeing the growth in students. Whether it is academically, behaviorally, or emotionally, to experience that type of growth is very rewarding.

I enjoy crafting and have too many favorite foods to name just one. My favorite book is Stephen King’s “IT” and my favorite color is black. I have two teenage boys and a cockapoo named Chewie.
