Bowie State University: Early Childhood and Special Education

I was born and raised locally in Kent County. After graduating from high school, I began my journey in education as a substitute teacher. Once I discovered my passion for teaching, I decided to pursue a college degree. Kent County Public Schools offered the "Grow Your Own" program, which gave me an amazing opportunity to attend Bowie State University online while also working within the school system. This summer, I earned my degree in Early Childhood and Special Education. I am so excited to join the team here at Bayside and call this school my new home!
