Hi, I'm Catelyn Pervola and I am thrilled to be Bayside's Reading Specialist!

I graduated from Washington College with a B.A. in Human Development and Elementary Education Certification. Go Shoremen! I graduated from the University of Virginia with my M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus in Reading Education and became a certified Reading Specialist. Go Cavaliers! I started my amazing and fulfilling teaching career in 2016!

I am originally from Philadelphia, PA and love the Phillies and Eagles. I live on Kent Island with my husband, Neil and our chocolate labrador retriever, Talbot. We enjoy beaching, swimming and biking around our island home!
