Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Salisbury University; Master's degree in School Counseling from Wilmington University
I grew up in Betterton and graduated from Kent County High School in 1988. I met my husband during college, and we have lived in Queen Anne’s County for 27 years. I taught for nine years in Kent County before taking a break from teaching to stay at home with my three boys. I started working again as a paraeducator for Queen Anne’s County Public Schools and obtained my teacher certification for special education.
I have lived in Centreville for 21 years. My three boys have all attended schools in QAC and are all graduates of QACHS. I feel so blessed to be teaching at Centreville Elementary.
I enjoy reading on the beach, hiking in the mountains, eating chocolate, and spending time with my family. I’m looking forward to a year of fun and learning at CES.
