Bachelor's of Arts in Education from Hood College; Maryland Certification in Early Childhood Education, Special Education

I grew up in Erie, Pennsylvania and came to Maryland to attend Hood College in Frederick. I met my husband during college, and we have lived here in the Centreville area for over 32 years. I taught for four years in Kent County and then stayed home with my children for 20 years. During that time, I substituted at various schools in Queen Anne’s County. I have three children and four grandchildren. My three children went to CES and graduated from QACHS. My husband and I are living in Centreville with our dog, Molly. I started teaching at Centreville Elementary school 12 years ago. I enjoy playing the piano, reading, chocolate, traveling, and playing with my grandchildren. I’m looking forward to another year of fun and learning at CES.
