Welcome!  I am the Media Specialist at Matapeake Elementary School.  Your children will come to the Media Center once a week for their Special.  They will learn skills and acquire tools that will facilitate life long learning.  They will also have the opportunity to check out a book each week.  We have a lot of fun reading, researching, and learning about all kinds of literature and technology!

 

I grew up on Kent Island and was a student of Queen Anne's County Public Schools.  I went to Salisbury University for my teaching degreee and McDaniel College for my Library Media Science Degree. I now live in Wye Mills with my husband and three children.  My three favorite things are my family, shopping and of course, READING!
