Degrees in Sociology and Early Childhood Education from UMBC

This will be my 20th year of teaching. I started my career in Anne Arundel county then took some time off to raise my two sons. I returned to teaching in 2010 at Church Hill Elementary where I have been teaching Kindergarten ever since. This year I am so excited to be close to home at KIES. I love teaching kindergarten because it is an honor to help foster a love of school right from the start! When I am not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, and going to the beach.
