I am so excited to be joining the Kent Island Elementary School family as a 2nd-grade teacher! Returning to the school I attended as an elementary student truly feels like coming home. I have taught 2nd grade in Talbot County for the past eight years, and I have lived on the Eastern Shore for most of my life.

I live in Queenstown with my husband and our puppy, Honey. We have two wonderful adult daughters, and I love spending time with them. In my free time, I enjoy reading, walking, boating, and watching TV and movies.

Second grade has always had a special place in my heart! I can't wait to meet my students and their families and make this a fun, exciting, and memorable school year together!
