November 7 – Chesapeake College representatives will be at Kent Island High School to register juniors and seniors for spring dual enrollment classes. Students must apply to the college and have their dual enrollment certification forms turn in to their school counselor prior to this date. A cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher is required.
November 8th Family & Student Math Night KIHS will be hosting a Family and Student Math Night on November 8th, from 6:00-7:30, to support student success in Algebra & Geometry. Remember, students must pass the Algebra I state assessment in order to graduate so please consider attending. Check out the flier here for more information.
Testing Schedule for 1st Semester-Save the Dates! Please mark your calendars for upcoming semester 1 assessments including ASVAB, state graduation assessments, and final exams. It is important that students are in school during these dates. The testing calendar, purpose of each assessment, and who is scheduled to participate in each assessment can be found here.
