Time Change for Varsity Football Game Tomorrow Night – Start time for tomorrow’s game has changed to 7:00PM.
No backpacks, extra large bag purses, cinch sacks, nor outdoor food or drink will be allowed in the stadium (including yetis). Additionally, there is no readmittance if you leave the premises during the game.
Entrance Fee – $5.00 adults, children over 7 and for non KIHS students.
KIHS Students – Please present your current schedule or last year’s student id for admittance
Family Passes – Available for $40.00/per season. Admits 4 family members to games on campus, plus QACHS games. (Does not apply to playoff games)
Attention Seniors – Senior portrait make-ups are September 13 – 15. Please use the online scheduling program via schedule.prestigeportraits.com to reserve an appointment.
Order your Cap and Gown – Jostens will be here next Thursday, September 14 during all lunch shifts to take your cap and gown orders. Take advantage of the lowest price they will offer this year.

PSAT/NMSQT for 10th & 11th Graders-Last Day to Register is Friday, 9/8!
Kent Island High School will be administering the PSAT/NMSQT on October 18th to interested 10th and 11th grade students during the school day. The PSAT/NMSQT provides good practice for the SAT and serves as a qualifying test for the National Merit Scholarship. Juniors who believe they will qualify for the National Merit Scholarship by scoring at the highest levels on the PSAT/NMSQT are encouraged to take the PSAT/NMSQT on October 18th. Additional information regarding the National Merit Scholarship can be found here. Interested Juniors may be responsible for paying for the exam. The current exam fee for Juniors is $18.
If you would like to register for the PSAT/NMSQT on October 18th from 8:00-12:00 pm, please complete the linked form or email your school counselor no later than Friday, September 8th. You can learn more about the PSAT/NMSQT by reviewing the student guide.
