Back to School Night – August 23 we will be hosting our Back to School Night. This event begins at 5:00PM and will conclude at 7:00PM. Follow your child’s schedule (we will be emailing this to you on August 22) and meet their teachers for Semester 1. And for the first time in 16 years we welcome all our freshmen back to the main campus for the entire day!
Back to School Registration – In order for us to communicate with you, we need the most current information. Please take a moment to fill out the returning student information that can be found on the QACPS website under student registration.
KIHS Bell Schedule – Please review the bell schedule for the 2023-2024 school year. Attendance is an important part of student success, so please be sure students are arriving on time every day (class begins at 8am)!
PowerSchool – is turned on and available to all parents and students to view their schedule for this year. Student schedules will be emailed home on August 22 and will include teacher names and room numbers. Many teacher rooms have changed this year, so please make note of the room number on your schedule. And just a reminder, schedules are not changed for teacher preference.
Sports picture day is this Monday, August 21st. Coaches will let teams know specific times. Order forms can be found here .
