Maryland Center for School Safety
Safe Schools Maryland is an ANONYMOUS and FREE reporting system available to students, teachers, school staff members, parents, and the general public to report any school or student safety concerns, including mental health concerns. Safe Schools Maryland is Maryland’s only official anonymous reporting system. Safe Schools Maryland operates twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, and 365 days a year.
PTSA (Parent Teacher Student Association)
The Parent-Teacher-Student Association at Kent Island High School is active and always welcoming new members. Its goal is to promote the welfare of children at home, at school, and in the community by building a stronger relationship between home and school.

Volunteering
Kent Island High School is excited to share many enrichment and extracurricular activities with our families and community, and in doing so there are volunteer opportunities. If you are interested in volunteering, please contact Dan Harding and complete the volunteer paperwork. Volunteer opportunities include field trips, before- and after-school clubs/activities, coaching, performing arts, and more. Kent Island High School is a top-performing, fun place that offers many educational opportunities—thanks in large part to our wonderful community!
