I am married and have three children. I have a son at MES, a daughter at MMS, and a son at KIHS- yes one at each level! I am originally from Saratoga Springs, NY but have lived on Kent Island for 22 years. Some of my favorite things are travelling, attending my kids dance/sporting events, reading (especially at the beach), hiking, eating and shopping. My goal for this year is to help students persevere by encouraging them to put in the effort, even though the task may be difficult. Developing student perseverance is a catalyst in becoming an independent learner.
