I have been in the cosmetology field since 1992 and teaching since 2009. I am married with a blended family. I have two daughters, both with careers in education, and twin sons that are in the US Coast Guard, a son pursing a career as an electrician, and a lovable 5-year old Golden Retriever.

I have been teaching carpentry since 2008 and previously owned and operated R Frederick & Son Contracting. I was a percussion instructor at Broadneck HS for 20 years. I was a professional musician in Nashville, TN.

I have taught at QACHS since 2006. I was a genetic engineer before I began teaching. I have also taught AP Biology, Chemistry, and Genetics; as well as Biology 101 at AACC. I enjoy indie and classic rock music, exploring nature, drinking coffee, exercising, and watching "The Bachelor" on TV. My favorite sports team is the Baltimore Ravens. I love spending time with my husband and two young sons; they keep me laughing and running around.

I worked in the automotive industry for 15 years before teaching. I began teaching 2008. I am married with two adult children, but not an empty nest because we have three dogs! In my free time I like to...WORK ON CARS!

I have also worked at The Baltimore Museum of Art, The Phillips Collection, and The National Museum of Women in the Arts. I started teaching at QACHS in 2020. Before this, I taught for seven years at Centreville Middle School.

I moved to MD to start my teaching career at QACHS and am entering my 26th year teaching. I served as a coach for 20 years for six different teams, spending the most time with volleyball and lacrosse. I founded the National Art Honor Society at QACHS and serve as the Co-Advisor. I have a passion for using art to help better the community and am a mental health advocate. I love to cook and recently discovered gardening. Music moves my soul!

I have coached JV Boys Soccer and Lacrosse at QACHS and had two undefeated seasons in Lacrosse! I was a state runner-up as a player and coach in Boys Lacrosse.

It would not be unusual to see me at a motocross race cheering for my husband. I also have two amazing, beautiful daughters.

I began teaching at Arise in 2014 and quickly moved over to QACHS in the social studies department. I am working towards my masters degree currently. I was the coach for the JV football team here for three years. I have an interest in both indoor and outdoor activities. Outdoor activities include fishing, crabbing, being a first mate, landscaping, playing pick up sports, working on my boat, fixing two strokes, and boat detailing. Indoor activities that interest me are home improvements, playing musical instruments, and video games when time allows it.

I have taught at QACHS for 11 years, teaching a variety of courses including US History, Government, World History, AP World History and AP Psychology. I have also coached the JV Cheerleading squad at QA. My husband and I have been married for seven years, and I am about to have our 3rd daughter. As a family, we enjoy gardening and enjoying our time outside.

I taught AP Psychology and Sociology during my student teaching experience. I have been to 23 of the 63 National Parks and hope to visit them all. I was born and raised (mainly) in Okinawa, Japan.

I have spent over 20 years in the classroom including Crofton Middle School, Sudlersville Middle, and now QACHS. I love to spend free time on the golf course or on the water. My wife is a wonderful elementary teacher at CHES and we have two children. We have more pets than you can shake a stick at!

I have been teaching since 2012; previously in AACPS. I lived in South Africa for a short period of time. I love to learn about different cultures and travel around the world.

I have been teaching since 1993; teaching US History, World History, Government, AP Courses, SAT prep as well as Driver's Ed. I have an awesome husband and an amazing 10 year old. For several years, I was a school based administrator but missed the students and teaching!

I have been teaching Spanish since 2004. I have taught Introductory through AP Spanish in grades 6-12. I graduated from QACHS in 1997. I am also fluent in Italian! I love my three sons and according to them, my favorite is my fourth son - our dog, Manny!

I am married with three children. I have been teaching Spanish since 2006 at QACHS. I am the Wrestling Coach here and used to coach Baseball until we had our first child. I recently won Coach of the Year for QACPS.

My daughter is in her final year of the Doctorate Program at Towson University for Audiology. I grew up on the Eastern Shore, Cambridge, MD, and presently live in Queenstown, MD.

I have two sons, two dogs, and one cat. In my free time I love to create things with yarn (knit, crochet, dye and I’m learning to spin it). I began as a school psychologist in 2014.

I have been the nurse at QACHS since 2007 and have three grown children who have grown up through QACPS. My husband and I are bee keepers and I am a lifelong resident of QAC. Charlie Brown is my favorite cartoon and my dogs are named after the characters (Lucy, Linus, ReRun and Charlie).

I have been teaching since 2000 with 10 years in QACHS. I spend a lot of time on the softball field and volleyball court watching my daughters. I enjoy reading, cooking, and boating.

I have been the voice on the QACHS answering machine since 2012! I have been working for QACHS since 1997. Both of my children graduated from QACHS.
