KIHS's Environmental Club, a group of students led by Ms. Charlene Wright, have planted flowers over the years throughout our campus. The primary goal of our Evironmental Club is campus beautification; to have an outdoor environment that we can enjoy and be proud of. We strive to plant as many perennials as possible both native species and the colorful. We have had a number of faculty members and students donate plants for our cause. Maintenance of our flower gardens is also taken care of by our Environmental Club.
