I have 11 years of classroom experience. I was a fourth-grade teacher for a couple years and then I transferred here to SMS to teach fifth grade. This will be my third year. I really love working with the kids in our community!
A little about myself... I grew up in Western New York. My husband Mike and I reside in North East. We have three dogs: Missy (Boston Terrier), Maya, and Nukka (Siberian Huskies). In my spare time, I enjoy baking, scrapbooking, playing with the fur babies, and I love to watch the O's and Ravens!

I love being a 5th grade teacher at Sudlersville Middle School! I feel lucky to have lived all over the country, including Oregon and Texas, and to have worked with some amazing students along the way! In my spare time, I enjoy kayaking and biking with my husband around the peninsula. We also enjoy taking road trips together and have visited almost every state!

This is my 4th year at SMS and my 13th year of teaching. I’m married and have three boys who are now 6, 2 and 5 months. My life is definitely hectic but I wouldn't have it any other way. I love sports and am a HUGE Steelers and Pens fan! When we aren't at games we are usually camping or at the beach. Teaching has always been my first passion and has been my dream since I was in first grade. I love SMS and our community; we have THE BEST students in the entire world!

I am looking forward to a great school year! This is my first year at Sudlersville Middle School, however it is my eighteenth year of teaching. I taught fifth grade for fourteen years. Prior to that, I taught for three years in Anne Arundel County.
Outside of school, I enjoy going to the beach and being outdoors. Most of my spare time is spent watching my son and daughter participate in their activities. Whenever I have a spare moment I love to paint coolers and to read a good book. I can't wait to meet everyone and get to know you. Please feel free to contact me!

I have been the band director at Sudlersville Middle School for 22 of my 25 years of teaching in Queen Anne's County. I enjoy making music with students and watching students accomplish things they think they are not able to do. My hobbies are reading, traveling, and of course, playing musical instruments. I look forward to my students coming to my room everyday!!

I have been teaching at Sudlersville Middle School since September 2015. Wow! Time has flown by!
I am a lifelong resident of Queen Anne’s County and even went to the old middle school! After graduating from college, I returned home to Sudlersville Middle School.
During my first year at SMS, I was a part of the fifth-grade team as the Special Education Teacher. In my second year at SMS, 2016, I came into my current position as the Academic Core Excellance (ACE) Teacher, previously called "Learning Support Special Education Teacher."
I am very excited to be continuing with this position and look forward to meeting everyone!

I was born and raised in Baltimore, MD. I have lived in Baltimore, Annapolis, St. Michaels and settled down in Centreville, MD. I have worked several jobs over the years. I started as an Athletic Director's Secretary in High School. I was a Teller at a Bank. I worked as a cashier. I loved animals so much that I became a Veterinarian Technician in several fields like emergency and Internal Medicine and this is what helped me through six years of college.
I went through the Baltimore City Police Academy in 2004 and ended up working as a Police Officer in Annapolis for three years. Then I started a Master's Program in Teaching that I almost finished, but after settling down with kids, I realized I wanted to become a School Counselor. Sometime in there, I went back to the field of Veterinary Medicine and I worked in Neurology. I then finished my Master's Degree. I have now been a School Counselor at Sudlersville Middle for 2 years.
